Subscription Policy

These terms govern the purchase of the paid plans of the "Set Pieces Coach" application (hereinafter, the "App"), developed and managed by GureMedia S.L. By purchasing a paid plan in the aforementioned App, you accept the terms described below.

1. Sign-up and payment method

You may purchase a paid plan (Basic, Pro or Elite; on a monthly or annual basis). Payment is processed through PayPal, using your PayPal account or a card, without needing to create an account. Your plan becomes active from the first successful payment.

2. Automatic renewal

At the end of each period (month or year), the next fee is charged automatically and your access is renewed. Each successful payment extends your subscription to the following period. You may cancel the renewal at any time from your account.

3. Prices

If you are already a subscriber and prices change, we will keep your original price for as long as you do not cancel your subscription. New prices apply only to new sign-ups.

4. What each plan includes

The features available in each plan are detailed in the app and in the "Plans" section of your account. Access to each feature depends on the plan you have purchased.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel whenever you wish. You will not be charged the next fee, but access is retained until the end of the period already paid for. When that date is reached, your account moves to the Free plan. The amount for the current period is not refunded.

6. Failed payment

If a renewal payment cannot be completed (for example, an expired card or insufficient funds), PayPal retries the payment up to three times. During those retries you retain access, and we will notify you by email so that you can update your payment method. If payment is not obtained after the third attempt, your account moves to the Free plan.

7. Refunds

As a general rule, the current period is not refunded: on cancelling, you enjoy the time you have already paid for. Refunds are granted in clear-cut cases —a payment charged in error, a duplicate payment or where required by law—, which are handled on an individual basis. If a full, unused period is refunded, the corresponding access is withdrawn.

8. Chargebacks and disputes

If you open a dispute or your bank reverses a payment, once the chargeback is confirmed access is withdrawn (your account moves to the Free plan), since that amount has been returned.

9. Plan changes

You may change plan from your account whenever you wish.

Upgrading. The higher plan is activated immediately. As you had already paid for the current period at the price of your previous plan, at that point you are charged only the proportional difference for the days remaining until your next renewal. Before you confirm, you are shown the exact amount, the days it covers and the date of your next renewal; you are not charged anything until you authorise it in PayPal. Your renewal date does not change: when it is reached, you will be charged the full price of the new plan. If the payment of the difference is not completed, the upgrade is not applied and you remain on your current plan, with no charge made. When you ask to upgrade, you expressly request that the service be supplied immediately and acknowledge that, once it has been supplied, you lose your right of withdrawal in respect of that amount.

Downgrading. The change takes effect at the start of the following period: you keep your current plan, with all its features, until the end of the period you have already paid for. No amount is refunded for the current period.

Switching between monthly and annual. No pro rata adjustment applies: to change the billing frequency, cancel your subscription and purchase the new one when the current period ends.

Except for the proportional difference described for plan upgrades, no pro rata adjustments apply and unused time is not refunded.

10. Invoicing

For each successful payment, the corresponding invoice will be issued in accordance with the applicable regulations. To do so, we need to request your tax details (name, Tax ID (NIF) and address), which you can complete in the "My details" section of your account.
